When We're Available for Your DApp Project
Building decentralized applications takes time and focus. We structure our schedule around meaningful collaboration, not rushed meetings. Here's how we work with clients throughout the year and what to expect when you reach out.
Most of our project discussions happen between October and March. That's when we're planning cycles for the next development phase. But we're accessible year-round for questions, technical reviews, and initial consultations about your blockchain idea.
Our Weekly Rhythm
We don't book calls back-to-back all day. That approach doesn't serve anyone well when you're working on complex smart contract architecture or tokenomics.
Tuesday through Thursday mornings work best for in-depth project discussions. We keep Mondays for internal planning and Fridays for wrapping up the week's development work. Client meetings typically run 60 to 90 minutes because there's usually a lot to cover.
Initial Consultations
Tuesday or Wednesday afternoons, 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM Taiwan time. We talk through your project scope and technical requirements.
Technical Reviews
Thursday mornings, 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Best for reviewing architecture decisions or auditing existing code.
Project Updates
Wednesday mornings for active clients. Regular check-ins on development progress and milestone planning.
Emergency Support
For production issues with live DApps, we're responsive within 3-4 hours during Taiwan business hours.
Who You'll Work With
Different projects need different expertise. Depending on what you're building, you'll work primarily with one of our technical leads. Both have been with us since 2021 and know blockchain development inside out.
Isak Thorsen
Smart Contract Lead
Handles most of the Ethereum and Polygon projects. If your DApp involves complex token mechanics or DeFi protocols, you'll probably talk with Isak first. He's also our go-to person for security audits.
Leena Virtanen
Integration Specialist
Focuses on the front-end side and wallet integration. When your project needs to connect Web3 functionality with a smooth user experience, Leena maps out the technical approach.
How Our Scheduling Actually Works
We're not trying to make this complicated, but blockchain projects aren't something you can hash out in a 20-minute phone call. Here's the realistic timeline from first contact to starting development.
Initial Contact
Send us an email with some basic info about what you want to build. We'll respond within one business day to set up a time for a proper conversation. Email works better than phone for this because we can review any documentation you already have.
Discovery Meeting
This first meeting usually takes about 90 minutes. We talk through your goals, technical constraints, and timeline expectations. You'll get a sense of whether blockchain actually makes sense for your use case or if there's a simpler approach.
Technical Planning
After that first meeting, we need about a week to map out the technical architecture and put together a realistic project scope. Then we schedule a follow-up to walk through our recommendations and answer your questions.
Ready to Start a Conversation?
If you're thinking about a decentralized application project and want to talk through the technical possibilities, send us a message. We'll find a time that works for both of us.
Best to reach out at least two weeks ahead of when you'd like to meet. Our schedule fills up during planning seasons, but we always make room for interesting projects.
